Teacher Performance and Growth Evaluations
All certified teachers are required to complete a yearly evaluation process. The forms are available through the Teacher Performance and Growth Evaluation. Please see your administrator for log-in information.(NOTE: This link will only work from a computer located at a school. It will not work at home.)
